Walmart Ethics

Walmart code of ethics has three basic principles when it comes to operating its business practices:

Walmart Code of Conducts

Walmart adheres to a series of guiding principles in its code of ethics that include compliance with the law, presenting honest information about the company’s practices, acting in a manner that shows integrity and consulting managers or the Ethics Office Global Walmart, on any problem that arises with ethical issues.

Walmart Mission Statement

Walmart Mission is “to save people money so they can live better“. Strategic decisions in the business are a direct manifestation of this mission statement, which is synonymous to the company’s slogan, “Save money“.

Like many companies, Walmart has an ideal vision of what it tries to achieve on a personal and community level. The company’s vision statement is as follows: “The vision of the Global Ethics Office is to promote the appropriation of Walmart’s ethical culture to all stakeholders worldwide.”
