Most of the banks that you will find available on Sunday will be those that are inside retail stores and supermarkets. We tell you some of those that are available on this day. It is known that financial institutions in the United States usually open from Monday to Saturday, with the latter day being open during reduced hours. The good news is that for those who forget to make a move or need a bank available on Sundays, there are some financial organizations that open this day of the week. Most of the banks and their branches positioned by different states grant Sunday as a day of rest, so it is not very common to find any of their establishments open on this day. So in Take Care Of Money we are going to give you a list of the financial institutions that you can find available during this day.
Bank branches inside supermarkets
The easiest way to find a branch open on Sunday is by looking inside a supermarket or retail store. For example, one of these options is MoneyCenter, which is located inside Walmart. Also ShopRite and Ralphs have branches available. The hours will vary according to the location where they are, but generally you will find them during restricted hours, such as on Saturdays, which would be from morning to noon, approximately. No matter how late, they would close at 2:00 in the afternoon, although there may well be exceptions.
Here is a list of some of the banks that you can find available on Sunday, with their hours:
Academy Bank
Branches can be found inside Walmart, one of the most famous retail stores in America. Their hours will be from 11:00 in the morning to 4:00 in the afternoon.
American Savings Bank
Its branches that are located in Ewa, Hokulei Village, Makiki and Waipahu in Hawaii are open from 9:00 in the morning to 3:00 in the afternoon. While its branches that are located in Foodland Waipio Gentry, Foodland Waipouli, Kailua-Kona and Windward City Shopping Center, also in Hawaii, are open from 10:00 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon.
Bank of America
Some of their branches can be found inside the ShopRite store and they will be open from 10:00 in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon.
Central National Bank
Some of their branches can be found inside Walmart. Locations within Great Bend, Lawrence, Manhattan, Salina, and Topeka, Kansas will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Chase Bank
The Kings Highway Sunset Park, Boro Park, 13th Avenue and 48th Street branches in New York will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The same is true of the branch located at Avenue U and East 17th Street in New York, which will be available from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, but only for special members.
Citizens Bank
Giant Eagle branches in Pa. are open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Acme supermarket branches in Pa. are open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Some other locations within Kroger will remain open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Fifth Third Bank
Their branch located at the Towne Boulevard Bank Mart in Franklin, Ohio is open from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
TD Bank
This bank has most of its branches open on Sundays. You will find them available from 11:00 in the morning to 3:00 in the afternoon.
U.S. Bank
The branches that are inside Ralphs will remain open from 10:00 in the morning until 2:00 in the afternoon.
Wells Fargo
A good part of its branches will be open from 10:00 in the morning until 3:00 in the afternoon, some can even be extended until 4:00 in the afternoon.
