Easy Steps to change Primary Email Address With Bank Of America:
- Sign in to your Online Banking service,
- Select your account from the Accounts
- Click ‘Information & Services tab’
- Your account number can be displayed by clicking the Show link in the Account Details section
- To update your address, phone number, mobile number or email address, sign in to Online Banking
- Under Contact Details – Email – Action – select Modify then Go
- Enter New E-Mail Address, click Continue
- Verify all information and select Confirm
